Not sure about Avionics and Sensors being linked to a % of the tonnage.
That does not look right at the big end of ship design. ?????????????????

I think Avionics takes up quite a bit of the front end of a ship so no probs there. I agree about Sensors. That would probably be accounted for in computer capacity .
