This is just a small part of a combined bigger project to be done with Simon / Colin and Mark W, the decision was to base the infantry on 40x30mm with 4 figures, skirmishers 40x20mm with 2 figures, cavalry 40x30mm 2 troopers, and artillery 40x60mm with 4 to 5 troopers plus gun. The separate extra officers have small bases -  these will be used to mark the units depending on the rules we used for thing like Morale - attached leaders etc.

The pictures below show the different packs based, with only a few mixes of troop types. 

I have used thin sheets of plastic of around 3mm thickness cut to size. I then used No More Nails (Invisible) to attach the figures to the base. Then used wood filler (Brown) to fill up the bases. I like to get the whole army at this point before giving the bases a wash paint to get continuity, adding any flock and for a few command stands the paper flags.

These were provided by the guys in building up the troops Hat figures. I converted a few to standard bearers by cutting off the rifles.

A variety of figures from old Airfix to new Hat, Italeri to make skirmishers / dismounted cavalry, and individual officer markers.

The Artillery - again old Airfix through to new models.

We were looking to use these with Fire and Fury Regimental rules, but we are also looking at Bloody Big Battles as well.
