For Rory this was the first time painting figure with mostly skin, and tanned at that. Rory really got the technique of gentle wash and blend to get the deeper skin tones. At first the eyes and nose were too samey - a slightly darker tone and the face snaps out.

The figure requires his spear - then done.

Rory did his own research on the colour for the beads and the charms on the necklace. Nice effect. For speed Foundry who produce this figure have an excellent gallery to give ideas on colours.
