Costs 150 AP , add Commissar to a type 1 Red Blok infantry unit. Same stats as rest of unit.
Add Propaganda card (from Damocles set) to active deck.
When the card is turned....and the Commissar is still alive...his unit gets an extra activation as he inspires the troops to victory !Added (28-Jun-2011, 10:49 Am)
